Mary is a Master with knowledge of the human body. She ask questions and hears you.
Intuitively guided she finds where the pain is coming from and helps you start to heal.

Mary is amazing! I went to her eight weeks ago. Neck and back pain from a previous injury and surgery. Her water yoga saved my life. After years of physical therapy on and off for the last five years, she has done more for me in the last 6-8 weeks than all those years did. At one point I wasn't able to walk a city block.Now this past week, I walked the entire length of downtown lakeland and back. I couldn't believe it.I didn't even realize it until I got back to my car. Now that's impressive. That's result! Thank you.Mary for all you've helped me with. Ohh, and the massages, the deep tissue medical massages. My legs swell, really bad and ankles (unrecognizable). Preliminary massages help that beyond any compression socks that i've worn in the past. I'm only 57 years old and I feel like I can live the rest of my life with a lot more ease. If I hadn't experienced this myself, I don't know if I would have believed it... Again thanks Mary. I appreciate all you do and help me with!
