Spa Life offers a unique approach to Yoga on land and in the Water! We consider a combination of two key factors;  Classic Yoga Styles / Techniques, and YOU! Your body and medical needs dictate the style of movement that is appropriate for your well being. Yoga can be for everyone, at all ages, offering Great Benefit! 

 

Yoga is a "self-massage" experience for your body, mind & spirit. Consider Yoga as a series of simple, yet effective stretches that offer a release of mental, muscle & emotional tension.

We are currently offering either Private sessions in home, online consult or group yoga retreats. We do not offer daily or weekly class schedules. 

Water in its many forms is therapeutic in itself. Movement in water can bring a peace and clam to your mind, body & spirit like no other medium. This fluid movement is a form of a self massage experience. Every movement provides an opportunity for stretching, & toning. It also provides for a release of muscle, mental & emotional tension.Wellness Alternatives are plentiful and your journey of learning is just beginning.
